Practical guides on n8n automation, lead generation, and agency operations.
Lead scoring, follow-up sequences, onboarding, feed digests — in order of immediate payoff.
Why a 0-10 score beats rules-based scoring, and the three-node n8n implementation.
What n8n does, how it works, what it costs, and what people actually automate with it.
Pricing, self-hosting, data control, and complexity compared with real numbers.
RSS digests with AI summaries, platform rewrites, and a publish queue — the full repurposing pipeline.
A complete pipeline: webhook capture, AI scoring, scheduled follow-ups, bulk enrichment to CSV.
This blog is the documentation we wished existed when we started building automations for client work: what to automate first, how to test a workflow before it touches real customers, and where self-hosted n8n actually breaks.
Every workflow described here is imported into a clean n8n instance and run on a small sample before it is written up. If a node needs an API key we do not have, the article says so instead of pretending the automation was tested end to end. Screenshots and JSON files come from those runs.
If you are new to n8n, read the introduction and then the freelancer playbook. If you would rather skip the build, the Complete Bundle contains nine tested workflows with setup guides.
